    Reservation Policies


    The only purpose of this policy is to protect you from a bad experience.

    Please do not be late.
    Food Tours Of Miami, LLC operates on a very tight and carefully planned schedule. Therefore, food tour goers who arrive more than 10 minutes late risk missing the tour and will not receive any refund. Again, we beg you, please do not be late.

    Also, the more in advance you book our Private Tours, the better we will be able to plan a more dynamic and pleasurable food tour experience. Thus, if you book with us on short notice, you risk missing out on the complete food tasting experience.

    Unfortunately, if you are late, we cannot be held responsible. Food Tours Of Miami, LLC will vigorously defend itself against any defamatory articles and/or Internet reviews. See you all soon on your next exceptional food tour experience.



    Changes to your reservation:

    There will be no charge for date changes 3 days prior to your tour date. You will need to email your request to: FoodToursOfMiami@aol.com and if their are any opening available spots on the date you would like a confirmation email will be emailed back where upon you will need to contact Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-836-3006 24/7 and change your tour date to desired one. If you are within 3 days you will need to pay a re-booking fee no exceptions (i.e. 2 days, 1 day or closer prior to tour).

    Discounted purchased vouchers:

    Foodie friends who have purchased discounted vouchers (i.e. LivingSocial, Groupon, etc) who are "no shows" for any tour for any reason will not be rescheduled or refunded. Foodie friends who have vouchers that have expired can apply the voucher amount towards the tour they purchased and pay the difference for the next Food Tour they would like.

    Cancellation and Refunds:

    Any cancellation needs to be done 4 days before scheduled tour or you receive no refund no exceptions unless you purchased a discounted voucher program like LivingSocial where your original voucher value can be used to pay the difference for purchase on your next tour. Any customer canceling 5 days before scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
